We offer crypto-related products and services, including the Token Research Tool and optional early-access, waitlist, and product communication features.

The Token Research Tool is designed to help users analyze crypto tokens on supported automated market makers and networks. It aims to assist users in detecting and avoiding scams while identifying potential investment opportunities. However, we provide no guarantee of success, and users are solely responsible for their investments and should complete their research independently.

Our Prediction Vaults allow users to deposit funds into non-custodial smart contracts managed by third-party traders ('Alchemists'). Speculoos Finance provides the technology platform but does not manage the funds, dictate trading strategies, or guarantee any returns. You acknowledge that prediction markets involve significant risk, including the total loss of your deposit. You are solely responsible for understanding the risks and taking your own investment decisions.

Users may optionally submit an email address to receive early-access notices, launch updates, product announcements, and related communications from Speculoos Finance.

All intellectual property rights related to the Speculoos Finance platform, its services, and any content provided on the platform belong to us. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any materials found on Speculoos Finance is strictly prohibited. All trademarks, copyrights, patents, and other intellectual property rights related to the Speculoos Finance platform are owned by Speculoos Finance, and no license or right to use any of these rights is granted to users. You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content or intellectual property of Speculoos Finance without our express written permission. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Burkina Faso, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Burkina Faso.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of Speculoos Finance and its services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to your use of Speculoos Finance and its services, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, or warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the subject matter hereof.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision of these Terms or render the entire Terms invalid or unenforceable. Instead, such provision shall be modified to the extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable, while preserving the intent of the parties.

No waiver by us of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition, and any failure by us to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, or utility failures. In such an event, the affected party shall use reasonable efforts to perform its obligations as soon as reasonably possible.

You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign, transfer, or sublicense our rights and obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction.

You agree to use Speculoos Finance and its services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to those governing financial services, securities, cryptocurrencies, taxes, and anti-money laundering (AML). You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with any laws, rules, or regulations of your specific jurisdiction that may be applicable to you in connection with your use of our platform.

By using Speculoos Finance, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, established in, or a resident of any country or territory that is the subject of comprehensive economic sanctions (including, but not limited to, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine). You further represent and warrant that you are not subject to any sanctions administered or enforced by the United States (such as OFAC), the United Nations, the European Union, the UK Treasury, or any other relevant sanctions authority. We reserve the right to restrict access to our platform from certain jurisdictions at our sole discretion.

Speculoos Finance strictly prohibits the use of its platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illicit activity. You represent and warrant that any funds or digital assets you use or interact with on our platform have been legally obtained and do not originate from any illegal activities. We reserve the right to restrict or block access to our services if we suspect any involvement in illicit activities, or if requested by law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet, account credentials, passphrases, and private keys. We never have access to your private keys. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party and to notify us immediately if you suspect that your account has been compromised.

You agree to conduct yourself in a professional and courteous manner when using our platform. You may not harass, threaten, or intimidate any other user, and you may not engage in any behavior that would interfere with the normal use of our platform by other users.

Our Token Research tool has limitations and may not provide complete or accurate information. You should not rely solely on our research to make investment decisions, and you should perform your own due diligence before investing in any token. We do not provide any guarantees or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of our research.

You are solely responsible for your investment decisions, and you assume all risks associated with interacting with smart contracts, cryptocurrencies, and prediction markets. We do not provide any investment, legal, or tax advice. You acknowledge that crypto assets are highly volatile and that you may lose your entire deposit.

You are solely responsible for determining what, if any, taxes apply to your transactions and use of our services. It is your responsibility to report and remit the correct tax to the appropriate tax authority. Speculoos Finance is not responsible for determining whether taxes apply to your transactions or for collecting, reporting, withholding, or remitting any taxes arising from any transactions.

You agree not to engage in any prohibited activities on our platform, including but not limited to:

Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between you and us. You have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf, and you shall not make any statements, whether on your website or otherwise, that could reasonably contradict this statement.

Alchemists are independent third parties and are not employees, partners, agents, or representatives of Speculoos Finance. We do not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for the performance, strategy, or actions of any Alchemist. Your decision to deposit funds into a vault managed by a specific Alchemist is entirely at your own risk. Any dispute regarding trading decisions or performance is strictly between you and the respective Alchemist.

Speculoos Finance and/or the Alchemists may charge fees for the use of the Prediction Vaults, which may include performance fees, management fees, or withdrawal fees. We reserve the right to change, modify, or add new fees at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes to the fee structure will be reflected in the smart contracts or communicated through our platform.

We reserve the right to upgrade, modify, or pause the smart contracts underlying our platform, including the Prediction Vaults, at any time. While we strive to ensure a secure and stable platform, you acknowledge that protocol modifications may affect the operation of the vaults. It is your responsibility to stay informed about any protocol updates or migrations.

Any notices or other communications required or permitted by these Terms shall be in writing and sent by email to the email address provided on our website for us, and to any email address you provided to us through a waitlist, contact form, account flow, or other direct communication channel, or such other address as either party may designate from time to time. Notices shall be deemed to have been received on the date of delivery.

In these Terms, the headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of the provisions. The singular includes the plural and vice versa, and any gender includes all genders. Any reference to a party includes that party's successors and permitted assigns. The words "including" and "includes" shall be deemed to be followed by the words "without limitation."

Any provisions of these Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination or expiration of these Terms shall survive, including but not limited to Sections 3 (Intellectual Property Rights), 5 (Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability), 12 (Indemnification), and 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction).

Speculoos Finance shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential, arising from the use of its platform or services, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Speculoos Finance platform. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

If you do not agree to the entirety of these terms and conditions, your only recourse is to stop using Speculoos Finance immediately. Continued use of Speculoos Finance indicates your full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
